Enjoy complimentary international shipping on all orders over NZ$3,000. Orders below this amount incur a NZ$50 international shipping fee.

Due to the ongoing tariffs, all orders shipping to the United States receive complimentary shipping on orders over $3000nzd. Orders under this threshold have a $100 shipping fee added.

When will I receive my item?

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of being received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Domestic New Zealand orders are sent via overnight courier, while international delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Tracking and Delivery

We will email you a tracking number once we have printed a label for your parcel. Tracking updates will become available once it has been collected by the courier. You can follow the links in the email to track your order.
