Complimentary shipping on all orders over $200 within New Zealand. All orders under $200 will have a $10 shipping fee added to the total.

International

All orders over $1000nzd receive complimentary shipping. Orders under this threshold have a $50 shipping fee added to the order total. 

During Sale, all international orders will be charged $50 shipping regardless of total order value. 

Due to the ongoing tariffs, all orders shipping to the United States receive complimentary shipping on orders over $3000nzd. Orders under this threshold have a $100 shipping fee added.

Shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country.



When will I receive my item?
Orders placed on weekdays before 1 PM NZT will begin processing straight away and will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery (domestic only), those that fall after 1 PM NZT will begin processing straight away but cannot be guaranteed for the overnight delivery.

Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM NZT and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

During Sale, please allow extra time for your order to ship. We aim to have all orders dispatched within 48 hours.

Tracking and Delivery

We will email you a tracking number once we have printed a label for your parcel. Tracking updates will become available once it has been collected by the courier. You can follow the links in the email to track your order.

Packages must be signed for upon delivery.
