International

We are not currently offering international shipping. If you are purchasing a gift from within New Zealand but would like it sent to an overseas destination, please get in touch with us at hello@luluscollective.co.nz

When will I receive my item?
Orders placed on weekdays before 1 PM NZT will begin processing straight away and will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery (domestic only), those that fall after 1 PM NZT will begin processing straight away but cannot be guaranteed for the overnight delivery.

Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM NZT and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Tracking and Delivery

We will email you a tracking number once we have printed a label for your parcel. Tracking updates will become available once it has been collected by the courier. You can follow the links in the email to track your order.

Packages must be signed for upon delivery.
